Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Pando Society’s services and associated memberships, bookings, and cancellations. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Pando Society reserves the right to review and amend these terms at our discretion. Any updates will be posted on our website, and changes will take effect immediately upon publication.

Bookings and Cancellations

‍

  • No-show: Clients who fail to attend a booked session without cancelling will incur a no-show fee according to their membership or pass type.
  • Late cancellations: A late cancellation fee will apply if a session is cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled start time.

Memberships

General Terms

  • Memberships are for individual use only. Sharing or booking sessions for others under your membership is prohibited and may result in termination.
  • Membership fees are direct-debited weekly and will renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • Membership cancellations or pauses must be completed by contacting us via email or phone and require at least 72 hours' notice.
  • Pauses may be requested for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of twelve weeks.
  • There are no lock-in contracts for a membership fee post a two-week initial renewal period from first purchase.
  • All membership account balances must be settled before cancellation can be finalised.

Membership Types and Fees

All-Access Membership

  • Unlimited access to all classes*, except appointments.
  • No-show fee: $25.
  • Late cancellation fee: $16.
  • *A limit of four private sauna & plunge sessions can be booked per week and only one per day

Complete Sauna & Plunge Membership

  • Access to both private sauna/ plunge and traditional open sauna classes
  • No-show fee: $55.
  • Late cancellation fee: $27.50.
  • A limit of four sauna & plunge pool sessions can be booked per week and only one per day
  • Unlimited open traditional sauna classes may be booked

Open Traditional Sauna Membership (including early bird membership)

  • Unlimited access to open traditional sauna classes
  • No-show fee: $25
  • Late cancellation fee: $12.50.

Pilates, Yoga & Breathwork Membership

  • Unlimited access to pilates, yoga and breathwork classes.
  • No-show fee: $32.
  • Late cancellation fee: $16.

Pilates & Yoga Membership (including special offer membership)

  • Unlimited access to pilates and yoga classes.
  • No-show fee: $32.
  • Late cancellation fee: $16.

Breathwork Membership

  • Unlimited access to breathwork classes.
  • No-show fee: $28.
  • Late cancellation fee: $14.

Intro Offer - 3 Classes for $39

  • Access to pilates, yoga and breathwork classes
  • Can only be purchased once
  • No-show fee: $28
  • Late cancellation fee: $13
  • Intro offer has a two-month expiry

Class Packs

General Terms

  • All packs have a six-month expiry
  • Class Packs are for individual use only. Sharing or booking sessions for others is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.
  • Class Packs fees are debited at time of purchase
  • Class Packs are unable to be paused
  • Expiration length for Class Packs are unable to be changed
  • No refunds/ rollover will be given for credits that are unused after Class Pack expiration date

  • Access to any open traditional sauna, pilates, yoga and breathwork class
  • No-show fee $25, late cancellation fee $16.

10 classes for $125

  • Access to any open traditional sauna, pilates, yoga and breathwork class
  • No-show fee $22.50, late cancellation fee $16.

5 complete sauna & plunge pack for $225

  • Access to any private sauna & plunge or traditional open sauna session
  • No show fee $55, late cancellation fee $27.50

10 complete sauna & plunge pack for $400

  • Access to any private sauna & plunge or traditional open sauna session
  • No show fee $55, late cancellation fee $27.50

Casual classes and sessions

  • No show fee: Paid price of casual drop in forfeited, non-refundable
  • Late cancellation fee: $16

Conduct and Usage

  • Pando Society fosters a welcoming and respectful environment. Any disruptive behaviour or breach of terms may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • All memberships and class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Membership Packages: Membership packages may be available for purchase, providing exclusive benefits and discounts as outlined in separate membership terms. 
  • Membership Terms: Membership terms, including duration, benefits, and pricing, are subject to change. Members will be notified in advance of any changes to their membership terms. 
  • Class Packs are non-transferable.

Limitations of Use

By using our website, you warrant that you and any parties you represent will not:

  • Modify, copy, create derivative works, decompile, or reverse engineer any materials or software on this website.
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from materials or software.
  • Transfer materials to another person or “mirror” them on other servers.
  • Use the website or services to disrupt or abuse Pando Society’s networks or associated services.
  • Publish or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, indecent, obscene, or harassing content.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Use the website for unsolicited advertising, spam, or unauthorised promotions.
  • Collect or harvest user data without consent.
  • Infringe on the privacy, intellectual property rights, or other rights of third parties.

Intellectual Property

The intellectual property of materials on this website is owned by or licensed to Pando Society and protected by copyright and trademark law. Users are granted permission to download one copy of materials for personal, non-commercial use only. This constitutes a license, not a transfer of title. The license will terminate if these terms are violated.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of intellectual property rights for content you submit to us. By posting or sharing content, you grant Pando Society a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, modify, display, or distribute your content, consistent with our Privacy Policy. This license can be terminated by deleting your content or account, except for content used in sponsored materials, where it will continue until those materials are discontinued.

Liability

Pando Society provides its website and services on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, and non-infringement.

Health and Safety

  • Health Assessment: Clients must complete a health waiver prior to participating in sessions.
  • Physical Fitness: By booking, you confirm your physical fitness to participate in activities.
  • Medical Conditions: Notify staff of any conditions, injuries, or pregnancy that could affect participation.
  • Risk Acknowledgement: Sessions involve physical exertion and inherent risks. Pando Society is not liable for injury or harm resulting from participation.

General Policies

  • Late arrivals (more than three minutes past the session start) may not be admitted.
  • Schedule changes may occur without prior notice.
  • Pando Society is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
