Why Pando?

My venture into the realm of health and wellness commenced during my early years in primary school, where I found solace in journaling, dabbled in yoga classes, and sought comfort in heartfelt discussions with my close-knit circle of family and friends. However, it was my own health crisis that truly ignited my passion for a purposeful wellness journey.

At the age of 15, I grappled with symptoms of an autoimmune disease, leading to a definitive diagnosis of Crohn’s disease at 20. This pivotal moment stripped away the luxury of choice, compelling me to embrace wellness as my sole path. Delving deep into the intricacies of autoimmune diseases, I embarked on a relentless quest for knowledge, discovering practices that not only subdued inflammation but also fostered lasting happiness.

Having explored a myriad of wellness practices, I feel compelled to share my experiences, especially with individuals navigating their own health challenges like autoimmune diseases. Pando represents the haven I yearned for during my arduous Crohn’s journey, and my aspiration is to extend this sanctuary to others in need. Additionally, my passion extends to promoting workplace wellness, driven by my experiences in the corporate world.

I firmly believe that nurturing our well-being in high-stress environments is essential. By dedicating time to prioritise our health, we not only enhance our longevity but also bring our best selves to our relationships and professions, fostering genuine well-being in a tangible, transformative manner.
